Before you go any further reading this review, please understand that I am a very critical person. If I had just happened upon this book by chance I probably would have given it three stars, but because Pseudonymous Bosch wrote one of the most entertaining series I have read for children, the Secret Series,I have to say this book fell way short. I had really mixed feelings about this book. I had read Pseudonymous Bosch's Secret Series, and I enjoyed it, which is what got me started on this book. It was good for the most part, but the ending of 'Bad Magic' is what ruined it for me. First off, the plot takes a really long time to get started.
