Explanation In Pursuance Of Books Blue Noon (Midnighters #3)

The darklings will hunt once again. The secret hour when time freezes arrives every night at midnight in Bixby, Oklahoma. It’s a dangerous time, when five teenagers are the only humans awake and dark creatures crawl out of the shadows, but at least the midnight hour is regular and predictable. Until suddenly, the blue time comes ... in the middle of the day. The noise of school stops. Cheerleaders are frozen in midair, teachers brought to a standstill. Everything is the haunted blue color of the midnight hour. The Midnighters can’t understand what’s happening, but as they scramble for answers, they discover that the walls between the secret hour and real time are crumbling. Soon the dark creatures will have a chance to feed after centuries of waiting, unless these five teenagers can find a way to stop them. A desperate race against time, a mind-blowing mystery of paranormal logic, a tale of ancient evil and spine-chilling sacrifice: blue noon is the exhilarating third volume in the Midnighters series by acclaimed author Scott Westerfeld.

Assessment Out Of Books Blue Noon (Midnighters #3)
Hang onto anything close by because this trilogy is more than meets the eye. I have have a longer review on my book blog page: http://quirkyreader.livejournal.com/4...

Im torn between how I actually feel about this book. Part of me feels like it was great but then the other part of me thought it wasnt really needed. There was a point where I had gotten really annoyed with Jess and her persistent need to have everything her way. There was another point at the end where I was nothing but confused. Are Melissa, Johnathon, and Jess leaving? Whos leaving?! What happened?! The ending was really confusing. Overall, I guess it was a pretty good conclusion to the

What a gripping ending for a fantastic series! This book continued to surprise me with how much more can happen within this make-believe world the author has dreamed up. None of these books has been a re-hash of what happened or even made you feel like you were stuck in a loop that started way back when. I think each of the books could actually stand on its own as a gripping story, but is easier to really get deeply into as you read all of them. I kind of hated the ending, but it was a very

I think out of all three books, I liked The third one the best, then the second one. I like all of them, but out of them, I dislike the second one more. THe third one is about how all midnighters worked together to solve the problems. It was a lot exciting in this book. The book explained how they found out about that the world will be in blue time all the time if they didn't or couldn't stop it at Halloween's secret hour. They planned plans to make the plan work. The ending is that Jessica were

Blue Noon by Scott Westerfeld was the third and final installment in the Midnighters Trilogy, and frankly, was boring. I could have lived without the entire first two hundred pages of the book, and just went into the main storyline. And the side plots about Rex becoming more darkling than human, and Melissa becoming a better mindcaster, were utterly worthless. I mean, if you want to do some character development, at least have the development lead to something.. The most interesting character in

OK, I hate to admit it, but this series got a little boring to me. I really enjoyed the first book because I thought it was a really cool idea, the second was still pretty good, and then the third book got a little slow -- but I had to see how it ended, so I finished it. The author didn't give it a definite ending, so if he writes another book I'm bound to read it too, just because I'm really concerned about a couple of the characters. The author didn't totally make me LOVE the characters, but I
