This took me so long to finish which kinda irritates me. I definitely did like Masters & Slayers though more than the Dragons of Starlight series but I wish I read this series along with it. I feel like people who haven't read the Dragons of Starlight series would be a little lost. I can't wait until I start the next book.I did like the characters BUT I felt like the heroes came across as little too perfect. & I did get a little confused and would have to go back and reread what I had

I found it a little slow to get into, but really enjoyed it overall. I've read the companion series, and quite enjoyed reading about Adrian's experiences on Starlight.

Wow! It's so cool to have read the same story from a different angle. I'm not sure--this book might just rival my love for the teen Starlighter series! I loved Adrian and his interactions with others. The question of who had killed Marcelle's mother kept me guessing, as did Cassabrie's role in the story. On one hand, she seemed to want to help, but there WERE a few times when her loyalties kept me guessing. Bryan Davis has outdone himself, and I look forward to reading the next book in his
