Sakura still spends a lot of time being rescued, which stands out to me because she's a princess and the only frequently-appearing female character. At least in this volume she gets to be useful with the whirlwind.Also, I love that Fai doesn't feel the need to leap into the dangerous fighting-type missions. Considering that he's a mage stripped of his magic, he's already maybe kind of a bit better at combat than he should be, so I'm glad that:A. It seems (to me) implied that Kurogane is better
Loving the background on Syaoran's past and not remembering any memories from before he was adopted. Also, a mysterious person who's in the tank is identical to him. 5 stars on the action, and plot, the characters grew in this one.
October 2013: 4 StarsI didn't find the new worlds as interesting as the other ones, although Fai's remarks on the world of the whirlwind were interesting...Favourite part was probably the short story at the end, the Mokona "Bonus Episode". Hilarious!! xD
A lot of set up in this one, not a lot of substance...
Reading with anime soundtracks. New world with full of white speaking rabbits! Lol they were so cute!!And then a diferent world with two God statutes and mysteries behind them. Also there is something going on with Fei. He is up to something. ..I wish the plot would thincken more. The only adventure and battle things are becoming repetitive.
